A message from our founder, Freddy Martinez
I served in the Army for 12 years, and during that time, I lost friends to their battle with mental health issues. I understand what it's like to have others downplay or not fully grasp your struggles because of what you've been through. It wasn't until I met my wife that I truly learned how crucial it is to take care of your mental health. For me, it started with learning more about it and then taking the steps to get help. That’s why my wife and I started our private practice—to make sure others have access to the mental health support they need. As a fellow veteran, I encourage you to seek the support that can make a difference for you and your family.
