I work with young adults, adults, and college students navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions—especially those impacted by childhood experiences, cultural identity exploration, or high-functioning ADHD and autism. As a Mexican-American clinician, I understand how cultural identity, family dynamics, and lived experience shape the way we view ourselves and move through the world. My style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in genuine care.My approach integrates CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, and I practice under supervision as an LPC-Associate. I strive to support clients in developing greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and confidence in navigating their lives.
